Job description:
- Work with documentation on global quality and food safety standards related to agriculture
- Technical oversight of standards, registration and database maintenance
- Supervision of the correctness of post-audit documents, issued certificates
- Contacts with Polish and foreign institutions in the scope of conducted certifications
- Systematic tracking of changes in the scope of certified processes, acquiring them and transferring them to related internal and external entities
- Supervision of compliance of conducted certification processes
- Taking care of information flow to external clients and inside the organization
- Taking care of timeliness of performed duties
- Ensuring high standards of service
- Working with documentation in Polish and English
- Cataloguing and archiving of documentation
Requirements:
- Higher education in the field of: food technology, agriculture, commodity science, related
- Experience working with food quality and safety standards
- Experience working in a certification body
- Good knowledge of English
- Self-reliance, goal-oriented
- High interpersonal skills
- Meticulous, analytical skills
- Good knowledge of Ms Office program (Excel, Word)
