Regional and traditional products

Regional and Traditional Products meet the requirements described in specifications that have been approved by the European Commission and are registered, as a Protected Designation of Origin, Protected Geographical Indication or Traditional Specialty Guaranteed.

"Jakość Tradycja" ("Quality Tradition")

"Jakość Tradycja" ("Quality Tradition") is a quality scheme developed by the Polish Chamber of Regional and Local Products for products made using traditional recipes and production methods. The scheme assesses product quality, production controls, transparency, and traceability throughout the production process.
