Agricultural producers using integrated plant production are required to notify the certifier annually. The notification must be made no later than 30 days before sowing or planting the plants indicated in the methodology, or, in the case of perennial plants, by March 1 of a given year. If the deadline is not met, the certifier may refuse to accept the application.

The form applies to applications for the IPR system for 2025 - i.e., the application applies to crops from which the crop will be harvested in 2025.

Submission of IPR application:

1. Download the application form, complete, print, sign, scan.

2. To the address: zgloszenia@qasolutions.pl send documents:

- signed scan of the application form (point 1)

- scan of the IPR training

- attachment to the application of Integrated Plant Production - list of reported crops in editable version (without printing)
